In celebration of my friend, Joan, and her daughter, Mekenna’s visit to Casa Becci, we decided to have ‘una grande festa’ for Domenica delle Palme:Palm Sunday 2009. Family and friends are due to arrive tomorrow and Mekenna, my creative little helper, helped design the table settings in between games of hide and seek.

What do you use for dressing on the salad? Just those three ingredients in the salad?
