I hereby agree with the following terms and conditions: Our Italian Table, LLC recommends that you purchase a travel protection plan to help protect you and your travel investment against the unexpected. I understand that should I/we decline the purchase of Travel Insurance for the travel arranged for Our Italian Table LLC, there are penalties for cancellation of these travel arrangements of up to 100% of the price of the travel depending on the policy of the supplier. Travel Insurance, depending on the specific policy, will protect me/us against incurring costs such as non-refundable payments, covered cancellation penalties, lost baggage, trip delay, medical emergencies, trip interruption, etc. If I/we have chosen to decline this insurance, we will hold Our Italian Table, LLC harmless in any matter that would have been covered by Travel Insurance. I/we have the authority to sign this waiver on behalf of all the travelers named in this booking.
