I hereby agree with the following terms and conditions: Our Italian Table, LLC recommends that you purchase a travel protection plan to help protect you and your travel investment against the unexpected. Travel Insurance, depending on the specific policy, will protect you against incurring costs such as non-refundable payments, covered cancellation penalties, lost baggage, trip delay, medical emergencies, trip interruption, etc. If you have chosen to decline this insurance, we will hold Our Italian Table, LLC harmless in any matter that would have been covered by Travel Insurance. I/we have the authority to sign this waiver on behalf of all the travelers named in this booking.
